We are proud to announce that the Lebanese Society of Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology (LSIDCM) has successfully conducted its elections on 4 February 2026, marking a new chapter in the Society’s journey.
Following two remarkable years under the leadership of Dr. Souha Kanj and an exceptionally active and dedicated Board, whose efforts significantly advanced scientific engagement and professional collaboration.

The Lebanese Society of Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology (LSIDCM) is pleased to share the details of the Young Investigator Award for ICC 2026, an excellent opportunity for young researchers to present their work at one of the leading global congresses in infectious diseases and antimicrobial chemotherapy.
Researchers are invited to submit their scientific work for consideration. All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review and may be selected for oral or poster presentation. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal of Global Antimicrobial Resistance (JGAR).
LSIDCM strongly encourages all eligible young investigators to take advantage of this excellent opportunity to present their research, network with international experts, and participate in one of the leading global congresses in infectious diseases and antimicrobial chemotherapy.
